Meet MattMatthew Rowles is a lifelong resident of the Shenandoah Valley. He grew up working in an architectural millwork shop, inspiring him to pursue a B.S. in Wood Science and minor in Business at West Virginia University. Since college, Matthew has gained over twenty years of experience working in high-end residential construction as carpenter, project manager, and contractor. In 2016, he earned his class A contractor’s license and started his own construction company in 2019. Matthew prides himself in his work ethic, attention to detail, and customer rapport.
Matthew has improved and added tremendous value to many clients’ real estate and for himself. Personally, he has bought, remodeled, and sold a foreclosure, as well as built a cabin on land where he lives now with his beautiful wife and dogs. Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, canoeing down the Shenandoah River, hiking in Shenandoah National Park, camping, gardening, rebuilding vintage speed boats, and wakeboarding on the lakes and rivers of Virginia.
