Meet KajaAs an investor herself, Kaja has an extensive understanding of investment strategies and analysis for long-term and short-term rentals, rehabs, and house-hacks. She seeks to equip clients with the necessary knowledge to purchase the right home for the right reasons, bringing an investor’s eye to every property. A horsewoman of 25 years, she spent 7 years as a law enforcement officer and a horse mounted police trainer before arriving at Shenandoah National Park as a Law Enforcement Ranger.
